What is Personal Performance Coaching?
Certified through the the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Personal Performance Coaching (or Life Coaching) helps a client get to their desired outcome much faster than they would do on their own.
Think of coaching as somewhat similar to working out with an excellent personal trainer– you know how to use the gym equipment but having an expert recognize your capabilities and push and pep you up is often what you need to get back in the driving seat of smashing your personal goals. Note: you still have to do the heavy lifting though! 😉
