Nicky's style of coaching helped me to plan my actions and be clear about my goals.
She asked very pertinent questions which encouraged me to think about exactly what options I would follow up on a regular basis in order to achieve my goals in the time I had available.
She also helped me to address my tendency to procrastinate, asking me how I could consider my actions which, on a day when I was not feeling very active and could be quite negative, I could motivate myself.
During the 12 weeks that Nicky coached me (we had a session every two weeks) I became much more proactive and began to look forward to completing my actions instead of regarding them with apprehension.
This made a considerable difference to the way I have improved my ability to improve the way I publicize my tutoring business, which was my long-term goal.
