The 4 Seasons and Personal Growth

In today’s fast paced world and our “Can Do” 24/7, 365 mentality for performance and ongoing progress has meant that we are seeing exponential increases in stress, anxiety and burnout. This is because when we commit to “always being available” and constantly seek to succeed and improve, we have moved away from our natural rhythms. The most prevalent in this article being Nature’s 4 SEASONS.

This article shares a quick overview of what we can learn from the seasons and if we allow ourselves to be guided by the Seasons how we will be able to organically grow your confidence and resilience through the Seasons. Thereby creating a more sustainable, balance and meaningful life.

When we realise and remember that we were not designed to live only in SPRING and SUMMER, then we start to empower ourselves from the inside out. Giving ourselves permission to Rest and Repair means that we become far more capable and resilient to truly shine with more authentic glory in our next Summer Season.

Have a think about how you currently embrace the Seasons.
- Do you lean in to the Seasons energy and and learn, or do you keep running on the hamster wheel?
- What could you do differently?
- How could this benefit you and those around you?

I hope you have enjoyed this little bit of Nature’s Wisdom.
