Immerse yourself into the flow and intuition of the Seasons as we learn how to draw on the qualities of each Seasons in order to guide and enhance our inner knowing and tend to our own immediate needs so that you can build and maintain your confidence, resilience and flow.

• Discuss the role and importance of cycles

• Complete a personal review of your last quarter

• Align and connect with you with your heart-centre desires for the next 3 months

• Create your personal Quarterly Alignment planner for the upcoming Season.

• Add some seasonal fun!
